Using the meter to check for internal plumbing leaks
Efficiency Check
- Open the stop-tap during a period of no water use and re-check meter.
- Is the meter stationary?
If no, check internal pipework and fittings/appliances for leaks.
If yes, then no internal leakage is apparent.
