- Locate your meter(s) and internal stop-tap(s)
- Close the internal stop-tap (s)
- Is the meter stationary?
If no, check for leaks. If in difficulty contact Cavan County Council.
If yes, then no leakage is apparent between the meter and stop-tap.
Advice
The meter is normally located where your service pipe leaves the pubic highway. The stop tap is normally located where the service pipe enters the building.
